I have been in business for many years and now I want to help others on their journey to deal with the challenges life presents. I am a coach and mentor to business executives, aspiring leaders and those at the top who are facing challenges in dealing with their team and looking to achieve long-term success.

Having worked in four multinationals (AIB, Deloitte, G4S & Superquinn) before setting up my own marketing consultancy 26 years ago, I am in a unique position to help others having left the corporate world to forge a career as a self-employed consultant on 100% commission and zero salary. I have assisted over 575 companies.

As a trainer, I enjoy working with teams and seeing executives grow in their skill sets and indeed motivation to do better.  I train over 2,000 people annually.

My book ‘Winning Lifetime Customers’ focuses on delighting customers so that they return and become lifetime customers and advocates of your brand.

I enjoy all sports, especially rugby having played it from 7 till I was 33 years old, and golf which I play every week and keeping active. I love to travel and have worked in many different parts of the world, meeting people from different cultures and learning their traditions.

I have two daughters and a growing number of grandchildren who I love spending time with.

My own personal journey has involved exploring my masculine side with ManKind Project (MKP) and my feminine side with Celebration of Being (CoB) as well as studying many personal development books. I am also a Reiki Master.

I have a Diploma in Life and Business Coaching from the Irish Lifecoach Institute.
