My role

I listen, question, intervene, encourage, and hold you accountable for your desired outcomes.

Your role

Your role is to be open & honest with yourself and with me. To hold yourself accountable and engage in the coaching process to get your desired results. I would like to suggest that you keep a personal journal to record your own notes, insights, and actions agreed. This will aid your learning and be a record of your coaching experience. Remember, YOU already have all the resources you need to be truly magnificent.

What do you need to do?

  • be serious about wanting to change

  • be honest with yourself.

  • be ready to explore the thoughts and feelings, behaviours and actions that may hold you back, usually considered as negative but normally they are just un-attended.

  • be open to trying out new ideas or ways of doing things and reflect on the learnings and your experiences.

  • be open to the practice of regular reflection and self-expression.

  • be prepared to spend time in between sessions working through any action points you set yourself.

 
 

Outcomes & Benefits

  • I can help you think for yourself in a clear and focused way.

  • In most situations the obstacles to progress are obstacles in thinking. These obstacles are nearly always untrue limiting beliefs. Just because you think it, does not make it true.

  • There are no un-resourceful people, only un-resourceful ‘states.’

  • You always make the best choice available to you at any given time (although there may be other choices available of which you may not be aware).

  • There are always opportunities for feedback and learning.

  • You are committed to the coaching process and are willing and able to invest time and energy to the process.

  • You have control over the agenda of each coaching session. As your coach I oversee the coaching process.

How it works?

Duration: Each session will last for 1 hour. Normally a few sessions are required and I will keep in contact to check in on how you are doing in between sessions. Check-in sessions can also be booked for 30 minutes - message me for details about this.

Location: Coaching sessions can be arranged in person, via Zoom or by phone. These days most sessions take place over Zoom. Please make sure you are in a comfortable place to get the most our of your session.
