Coaching

Coaching is chiefly about discovery, awareness, and choice.

The purpose of coaching is to support and challenge you in achieving your business and/or personal goals. It is a process of effectively empowering people to find their own answers, encourage and support them on their path as they continue to make important life-giving and life-changing choices. At the heart of coaching lies the concept of freeing yourself, to express your full potential. By minimising interfering factors, you can maximise your performance, achieve your objectives and live the life you truly want.

My role as a coach

I facilitate a process that enables self-discovery. This along with heightened awareness, empowers individuals to make better choices to live the life they truly want. My role is to hold you accountable and keep you moving forward toward your dreams and goals and to live an authentic life of meaning and purpose. My intention during coaching sessions is to create a reflective, supportive, yet challenging and focused environment that encourages the raising of self-awareness. The coaching environment is of course a non-judgmental and confidential one.

why do people want coaching?

People use coaching for lots of individual reasons. They are motivated to achieve specific goals: to change jobs, to start a business, to have a healthier body, to gain clarity about what they want, to have a loving relationship. They come to coaching so they can be more effective or more satisfied at work or to develop new skills to help navigate life’s changes. Sometimes people want more from life, more peace of mind, more security, have more impact in their work, sometimes they want less: less confusion, less stress, less financial pressure. In general, they come to coaching because they want a better quality of life, more fulfilment, a better balance, or a different process for accomplishing their life desires.
